How does it work?

When you initiate an online notarization, we provide you with a link to BlueNotary.us, a secure video platform where we can connect, examine documents, and finalize notarizations. It's that simple! Please note you must book an appointment at least four hours in advance.
Kindly ensure you provide the following:
all signers
all pages of your document that require notarization, unsigned
two forms of government-issued identification from each signer printed in English:
preferably a currently issued NJ driver's license, a state ID, military/veterans ID, or a signed passport to confirm your identity, address, and signature; and
a second form of ID, such as a student ID, employee ID, passport, ATM card, state/government issued weapons permit, to validate your identity or your signature (you may not use a birth certificate as a secondary ID)
any required, credible, and impartial witnesses (Notaire Notary Services does not provide witnesses for signings) who can be verified based on the acceptable forms of identification listed above
