You Must Have Questions!

What is a "notary"?

Good question! A notary public is an official called upon to ensure that a document is properly executed. This can include, but is not limited to, verifying a signer's identity, ensuring loan documents (including mortgages), titles, wills, address verifications, and even permission slips are accurately completed, and ensuring client understanding of the contents and willingness to sign the document.

How does it work?

Easy! When we meet, we verify your identity based on the identifying documents you provide, we review the document you provide us to ensure you understand and consent to signing, and then we watch you sign! We can meet in-person* or online using the BlueNotary.us platform.

How much does it cost?

We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please visit our Contact Us! or Booking pages for more information.

Do you notarize wills or do medallions?

Unfortunately, we don't currently notarize wills or do medallions at this time, although we will in the near future! We will happily point you in the right direction to getting it done.

How can I contact you?

You can reach us by email at info.njnotaire@gmail.com or by visiting out Contact Us! page. We are always happy to answer your questions!

Where can I learn more about you?

You can explore other sections of this website or our Facebook page to learn more.

What should I prepare?

Make sure to bring two forms of government-issued identification, any necessary witnesses, and your completed paperwork (don't sign yet!). When you fill out your document, ensure that you fully understand and consent to what you are signing.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept payments via cash, checks, and electronic methods.
